The high capacity Mega Cleaner range of machines incorporate many features to ensue that you can clean you grain and seed as efficiently as possible.  The independent recirculating aspiration systems virtually eliminates the need for external dust collection systems.

The Mega Cleaner's unique multiple screen outlet design provides maximum versatility, each screen layer is divided into three sections with separate outlets for each section making four different separations in one screen layer.  This means the plant operator can select from two to four separations per layer depending on the cleaning process required.  Each screen layer is 1,800 mm wide reducing the depth of grain on each screen for maximum separation efficiency.  Our Mega Cleaner utilises an extremely wide pre and post aspiration air channel ensuring that the air flow fluidizes the grain flow to give the best separation of the lighter material.
